In this article we will talk about SSC GD Physical test 2021 | Syllabus Details.  

SSC has announced recruitment for total 54953 General Duty GD Constables. SSC will conduct open examination for recruitment of Constable GD in various security forces like BSF, CISF, CRPF, ITBP, SSB, NIA and SSF. There will be also  recruitment of rifleman GD in Assam Rifles as per orders from Ministry of Home Affairs. Now after this recruitment news many of you may want to know about SSC GD PhysicalTest 2021 details and syllabus of exam. Recruitment Process consist of Computer Based test (CBT), Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test.

SSC GD Physical Test 2021 Details

For SSC GD Constable Recruitment Applications are invited from all over India. So any candidate who having required eligibility can apply for this. After computer based test main part of recruitment process is SSC GD Physical Test. After this Physical Efficiency Test (PET) selected candidates will go through Physical Standard Test. SSC GD Physical Test 2021 will be conducted by CAPFs.

There are total 54953 vacancies distributed in various security forces. Vacancy distribution for male ad female as given bellow. For Male – BSF-14436, CISF-180, CRPF-19972, SSB-6521, ITBP-3507, AR-2311, NIA-8, SSF-372. For Female – BSF-2548, CISF-20, CRPF, 1594, SSB-2025, ITBP-619, AR-765, SSF- 75.  Now before going to discuss about SSC GD Physical Test 2021 Details and Syllabus lets check eligibility. Candidates who completed 10th nad having age between 21-23 years can apply for this post. For SC and ST age limit is extended by 5 years.

SSC GD Physical Test 2021

Based on the performance in CBE, candidates will be shortlisted for PET/ PST by the Commission. Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST) will be conducted at various centres finalized by the CAPFs. So candidate willl go through different physical task in SSC GD Physical Test 2021. PET and PST will e conducted on same date. Candidate will be further shortlisted if he completes all tasks in SSC GD Physical Test successfully.

Details of Physical Test as below.

Running – 

  • For Male 5 Kilometers in 24 minutes.
  • For Female 1.6 kilometers in 8.5 minutes

For ladakh region candidates – 

  • 1 mile in 6.5 minutes
  • 800 meters i 4 minutes
