Eligibility for MP SI Recruitment 2021

MP Police Sub Inspector Vacancy mainly divided in to Technical posts and Non technical posts. Ordnance, Q.D, Finger Prints, Radio Sub Inspector comes under Technical SI posts. Eligibility for Technical and Non Technical post is different.

Age Limit –

For General candidates Age limit is between 18 – 25 years.
For SC / ST Reserved candidates Age limit extended by 13 years. Age limit is 18 – 38 years.

Educational Qualification –

Educational Qualification for MP Sub Inspector posts given Below.

Sub Inspector ( District Force ) –

Candidate must possess any graduate degree from government recognized Institute.

Sub Inspector ( Special Branch) –

Candidate must possess any graduate degree from government recognized Institute.

Sub Inspector ( Ordnance ) –

Candidate must possess 3 years diploma in mechanical engineering from recognized Institute.

Sub Inspector ( Q.D) –

Candidate must possess degree with Maths, physics or chemistry as a one subject in degree from government recognized Institute.

Sub Inspector (Radio) –

Candidate must possess 3 years diploma in electrical, electronics/ Telecommunication engineering from recognized Institute.

Sub Inspector ( Finger Print) –

Candidate must possess degree with Maths, physics or chemistry as a one subject in degree from government recognized Institute.

Sub Inspector Visabal –

Candidate must possess any graduate degree from government recognized Institute.

Physical Standard for MP Police Sub Inspector, MP Police SI Physical Standard

MP Police SI height –

Male – 167.5 cm and more.

Female – 152.4 cm and more

MP Police SI Chest Eligibility –

Male – 81 cm without expansion and 86 cm with expansion.

Candidate must be medically fit.

MP Police SI Recruitment Selection Process

Selection for MP Police Sub Inspector will be done in 3 stages.

Written Test
Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
Interview

Candidate who clears written exam will be called for Physical Test. After physical test candidate will appear for Interview which is of 10 marks.

Final selection of Candidate based on their performance in all three stages.

Exam Pattern for MP Police Sub Inspector Vacancy 2021

Written Exam –

For non technical posts like SI ( District Force), SI ( Visabal ), SI ( special branch ) there is only one exam.

Total Marks – 200. Time – 3 Hrs.

English – 30 Marks
Hindi – 70 Marks
General Knowledge – 100 Marks

For Technical posts like SI Radio, SI Finger Prints, SI Ordnance , SI QD there are 2 papers.

First paper is same like non technical posts for 200 marks. Consist of Hindi English and General Knowledge.

There is another technical paper for technical posts for 100 marks.

Chemistry – 33 marks
Physics – 33 marks
Maths – 34 marks
